Privacy notice
Version 3. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Intermission helps people in the United States prepare to own and operate Cybercab vehicles, and introduces them to lenders when they ask us to. This notice explains what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it and the rights you have. The short version is this. We collect only what we need to build your Owner Profile. We never ask for your income, bank details, Social Security number or ID documents, and we never run a credit check ourselves. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share your profile with a lender only when you ask us to. We're a referral business, not a lender: lenders pay us when a loan funds, and you never pay us anything.
Who we are
Intermission is a trading name of Intermission Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17520214), with its registered office at Unit 6, 2-20 Scrutton Street, London EC2A 4RJ, United Kingdom. We run intermission.group. We're independent of Tesla, Inc. and not affiliated with or endorsed by it. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Intermission Group Ltd, and "you" means anyone who uses our website, builds an Owner Profile or talks to our AI interviewer.
What we collect and why
We collect information in four ways, and we use each kind only for the purposes listed with it.
Your Owner Profile answers. When you build your Owner Profile you tell us why you're interested, the role you'd like, your state or country and area, how many vehicles you're thinking about, your timing, how you'd pay, your budget range, the deposit range you could put down, whether you'd own your vehicles through a business, and the help you'd like. We use these answers to build your profile, to send you your interview link and to match you with suitable lenders later if you ask us to. Budget and deposit are ranges you choose, not figures we verify.
Your contact details and choices. We collect your name and email address, and record the choices you make about emails and introductions, with the time you made them. We use these to contact you about your profile and, only if you said yes, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your AI interview. If you talk to or write to our AI interviewer, we collect what you say or type, a written transcript and short notes drawn from it, which you can review. We use these to complete your Owner Profile and to improve our questions.
Technical details. We collect the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your browser type and screen size, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use these to keep the service secure, to prevent abuse and to understand which of our pages people find useful.
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and use them to reply. The earnings simulator on our pages runs entirely in your browser; the figures you enter are never sent to us.
We never ask for income figures, bank or card details, Social Security or tax numbers, driver's licence or ID documents, or credit reports, and we keep no financial records about you.
The AI interviewer and voice
Our AI interviewer is an automated system, not a person, and it's labelled that way wherever you meet it. Voice interviews are processed as audio in real time to create the transcript, and we don't record or keep the audio. The interviewer doesn't make decisions about you, doesn't assess your creditworthiness and can't approve or decline finance. You can stop at any time, or choose to write instead of speak. If anyone else is in the room while you speak, please make sure they're happy to be heard.
Lenders and the soft credit check
We don't run any credit check when you sign up or during the interview. If you later ask us to introduce you to a lender, we'll name the lender and ask for your separate permission before we share your Owner Profile. That lender may then run a soft credit check, with your permission, which doesn't affect your credit score. The lender makes its own decision and gives you its own privacy notice.
We're a referral business, not a lender. Lenders pay us a commission or fee when a loan funds, and you never pay us. We're paid the same way by every lender we work with, so what we earn never changes how we present your options.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it on our instructions and under contract, and with a lender when you ask us to.
- Vercel: Hosts our website and signup service (United States)
- Neon: Stores signup data in our database (United States)
- OVH: Hosts the server that runs our AI interviewer (United States)
- OpenAI: Powers the interviewer's replies and transcripts (voice and text) (United States)
- Resend: Sends our emails (United States)
- Google Fonts: Serves our web fonts (receives your IP address when a page loads) (United States)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or to a buyer if our business is sold, under the same promises as this notice.
How long we keep it
- Owner Profile answers, name and email: While you're active. After 24 months with no activity, we remove your name, email and interview content and keep only anonymous answers for statistics.
- Interview transcripts and notes: As part of your Owner Profile, and removed with it under the same 24-month rule, or sooner if you ask. Our AI provider may hold interview content for up to 30 days to detect abuse, and doesn't use it to train its models.
- Voice audio: Never stored.
- Email and introduction choices: While your profile exists, so we can show what you agreed to.
- Contact form messages: Up to 12 months.
- Hashed IP addresses and security logs: Up to 30 days.
You can ask us to delete everything sooner, at any time.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, store only scrambled versions of access codes and links, keep personal details out of our system logs, and limit access to the people who need it. Interview links are personal to you and expire. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed for the site to work, such as keeping your place in the Owner Profile. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We measure which pages work using the campaign tags our own service records and Vercel Web Analytics, our hosting provider's page-view counter. It counts anonymous page views, the page you came from, and your country and device type, without cookies and without identifying you. If we ever add other analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this notice first, and we'll honour Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.
